Information we collect

We collect the business information you enter, including your business idea, city, state, budget, funding preference, experience level, team status and expected launch timeline. Before downloading a report, we may collect your name, mobile number and optionally email, city and pincode. If you create an account, we collect account login details. Passwords are stored using secure hashing.

Payment information

Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. MINDBIS does not store full card, UPI, net-banking or wallet credentials. We store order ID, payment status, amount, plan, transaction reference and refund status where required for support, reporting and accounting.

Usage and analytics data

We record basic product events such as page views, analysis started, report generated, checkout started, payment status, lead captured and report downloaded. This helps us maintain the service, understand conversion and improve the user experience.

AI processing

Your business inputs may be sent to an AI service provider to generate or improve parts of your report. Do not enter sensitive personal, financial, medical, legal or confidential third-party information in your business idea or questionnaire responses.

How we use information

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with service providers such as hosting, payment processing, email/support tools, analytics and AI providers, or where required by law.

Data retention

We keep reports, leads, orders and related records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal/accounting requirements, prevent abuse and handle support. You may request correction or deletion, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.

Security

We use password hashing, protected admin access, long private report tokens and server-side API keys. However, no online system is 100% risk-free. Keep your report links private and do not share sensitive information unnecessarily.
