Estimates and market information

Budgets, costs, revenue estimates, capital gaps, marketing spends and market insights are indicative. Actual costs and outcomes can vary by city, timing, supplier, execution quality, competition, regulation and other factors.

Government schemes, registrations and loans

Government schemes, subsidies, registration requirements and loan options are shown as potentially relevant based on your inputs and available source data. Final eligibility, approval, sanction, documentation and terms depend only on the official authority or lender. MINDBIS does not guarantee subsidy, loan approval, scheme benefit or legal compliance.

Payments and access

Paid plans are one-time purchases for a selected report. The report is unlocked after successful payment confirmation. If payment is deducted but access is not granted, contact support with your order ID and payment details.

Refunds

Refunds are handled as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Personalised digital reports may not be refundable once generated or downloaded, except for eligible technical/payment issues.

User responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate information. Do not submit unlawful content, attempt to access other users' reports, misuse the platform, copy protected content or interfere with the website.

Limitation of liability

Business decisions involve risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MINDBIS and its operators are not liable for loss of profit, failed business outcomes, rejected loan/scheme applications, incorrect user inputs, third-party service failures or decisions made based on the report.
